  1. Best Overall Open Source CMS
  2. Most Promising Open Source CMS
  3. Best PHP Open Source CMS
  4. Best Other Open Source CMS
  5. Open Source MVPs

For Joomla! and Drupal supporters

We have a new category designed for previous winners of the Overall Open Source CMS Award. Here, CMSes will be competing against each other for the Hall of Fame Award as well as having sub-category awards for its best themes and extensions. We believe that this will open up the Overall Award to more CMSes and at the same time, recognize the support network behind previous winners of the Award.

These sub-categories are named directly after the winners of previous Awards and are non-monetary. For these Awards, the five themes and extensions with the most nominations from each Hall of Fame CMS will get through to the final, where users will vote for the winners. The themes and extensions that get the most votes will win these Awards.

As previous winners of the Overall Award, Joomla! and Drupal will be the participants in the 2009 Hall of Fame Award. For 2010, the winner of this year’s Overall Award will also be included.

Furthermore, you may also nominate Joomla! and Drupal in the Best PHP Open Source CMS category.
